How to use the device

Here are some quick tips:

Begin by installing the batteries into the back of your device, insert the air plug into the left side of the machine and remove any clothing from your arm area. Rest for several minutes before you begin the test, sit down and rest your arm on a flat surface.

Apply the cuff to your left arm, keep it level with your heart, and press the start button.
