It is recommended to use the LED daylight lamp for 30 to 60 minutes daily for one or multiple sessions. The best time to use a SAD lamp is in the morning, but you can use it anytime. Although, it is recommended to start with a low light intensity and gradually increase it over time. You can adjust your settings at the side of the device, including the light intensity, colour temperature and timer settings.

You can also use LED light therapy during the evening if you have trouble sleeping; try to avoid it 2 hours before you sleep.

Please be aware it can take a few days to get used to your LED daylight lamp and see the benefits.
