Our CPAP Rental service is perfect for those who need CPAP therapy for a brief period. We supply a high-quality Automatic CPAP machine and a complimentary nasal or hybrid full-face mask, giving you everything you need to use CPAP for a flexible short-term period. Our rental service costs just £39 per month plus a one-off £60 set-up fee.

Our CPAP Rental is a simple rolling monthly agreement, which ends when you return the device to us. You can keep it for as long or as little as you need. Any rentals that reach six months can purchase the device with a 50% discount from its RRP.

Examples of where this short-term rental is an excellent fit include:

• Upcoming bariatric surgery
• Awaiting an NHS appointment for a machine following a diagnosis
• Your primary CPAP device is briefly unavailable

 

What’s included with your CPAP machine rental

Our CPAP Rental includes a high-quality automatic device such as the BMC G3 A20 or an equivalent.

You can choose whether your rental includes a complimentary Nasal mask (typically the BMC N6) or Hybrid Full Face mask (typically the BMC F6). Both will be provided as “FitPacks”, meaning small, medium and large cushion sizes are all included. Because these are provided complementarily, we cannot issue an alternative option should they prove unsuitable.

You would need to purchase an alternative in this scenario. However, we only provide masks with multiple sizes included, excellent patient feedback and high fitting success rates to minimise this risk. For most, the complimentary mask will be ideal.

Please note with the rental service, beyond choosing between a nasal or hybrid full face mask, you do not influence which specific equipment is provided. This rental service is eligible for VAT relief and is claimed at the final stage of the checkout process.

 

When is CPAP Rental NOT the right option?

The CPAP Rental is intended for scenarios that require a time-limited period of access to CPAP, and it should not be used as a trial before long-term use. If you have been diagnosed with Sleep Apnoea and want to find out if CPAP is the long-term solution for you before committing to it, we would instead recommend our Intus Plus service.

Intus Plus is a subscription-based managed service with clinical support that gives you the best chance to benefit from CPAP, while its Success Guarantee allows you to leave after three months should it not prove the right long-term treatment for you. Rental Terms

By ordering a CPAP Rental, you are agreeing to the following terms;

1. CPAP devices are medical devices and must only be issued under the guidance of a healthcare professional. Intus Healthcare requires written evidence of this within 28 days of the rental starting. Intus reserves the right to suspend the rental and require the device’s return within three working days if this is not provided.
2. Payments are strictly per month, full or partial, paid in advance. When you have finished using the device, payments will continue to be due and taken until the machine is back in possession of Intus Healthcare. There is no refund or adjustment for returns part-way through a month.
3. The CPAP device remains the property of Intus Healthcare at all times and must be treated with the utmost care. It must be used only as intended and instructed.
4. Devices not returned or returned damaged or incomplete will be subject to a fee of up to 100% of their retail value.
5. Devices rented for six months or longer will be given the option to purchase the device outright at 50% of the RRP. Doing so will end the rental agreement, transfer ownership of the device to you and negate the requirement for the device to be returned.
6. The rental term has a minimum period of one month with no fixed end date; it ends on the return of the device or its purchase as per term 5.
7. The monthly fee covers the device rental only. Should additional or replacement items be required, such as filters, masks, etc, these need to be purchased separately as required.
8. Should payments stop and the device not be returned or purchased as per term 5, Intus reserves the right to engage debt recovery specialists to recover any amounts due under terms 2 and 4 above.
