The SilkTec coating on the silicone makes it one of the softest and smoothest cushions available, allowing it to adjust to your facial features and create a comfortable seal.

The spring-loaded forehead support also needs no adjustment. It simply positions itself automatically. Combining this with the one-size cushions means Loewenstein Medical have made the JoyceOne Full Face to be one of the easiest masks to fit.

Near-silent operation

The JoyceOne Full Face uses a radial exhalation value, which makes it nearly silent to use. Most CPAP Masks feature a series of holes pointing in one direction, which can lead to whistling and other noise. The JoyceOne’s exhaled air is dispersed in a number of directions, making it far quieter.

Mask Fit Insurance is available for this mask

If you are considering trying this mask for the first time, you can order in confidence using Mask Fit Insurance.

Mask Fit Insurance costs £14.99 for nasal masks and £19.99 for full face masks, and allows you to return this mask for a refund if unsuitable.

You have 28 days from the dispatch date to assess the mask and notify us that you are unhappy with it for any reason. You can return it and have it refunded (we must receive it back within 7 days of being notified).

The fee for the insurance is non-refundable once the mask is opened, as are any outgoing postage costs. The mask itself will be refunded in full.

A pre-paid returns label will be included for customers in the UK. We strongly recommend getting a proof of postage (which is free) as returns not received cannot be refunded. For overseas customers, the return postage will need to be arranged by the customer and this cannot be reimbursed.

CPAP masks purchased without insurance cannot be returned/refunded once opened for hygiene reasons, as explained in our returns policy.

Mask Fit Insurance must be ordered at the same time as the mask in question, and cannot be added retroactively.

Intus Healthcare reserve the right not to honour any orders containing multiple masks purchased with Insurance; please instead choose which mask you feel is most suitable and select the size required as per the sizing gauge (if applicable). Should you subsequently determine a different mask or size is required, you can of course return the first and order the other.

Will the JoyceOne mask work with my CPAP machine?

The JoyceOne is compatible with all CPAP machines that are available.

Do JoyceOne provide any alternatives to the Full Face mask?

Of course – Weinmann, who produce the JoyceOne range have another mask available for sale in our store. We sell the JoyceOne Nasal CPAP Mask that is also availble to buy.

Will the JoyceOne Full Face CPAP mask fit me?

The JoyceOne’s mask cushion comes in one size that will fit a variety of CPAP users, it has adjustable straps on the headgear that will ensure that you don’t have the mask either too tight or too loose while you are having CPAP therapy.

How often will I need to clean my JoyceOne Full Face mask?

We would strongly suggest cleaning your CPAP mask on a daily basis, rinsing and moisturising with warm water and soap. This will prevent the spread of bacteria and make your CPAP therapy more effective. We would advise against using any industrial soaps, such as antibacterial or anything bleach based as this can degrade the silicone cushions on your JoyceOne mask.

We would also suggest purchasing some CPAP Mask Wipes as they will also ensure that your mask is clean and working at optimum efficiency
