With the choice of a soft cloth or silicon frame with gel pads, the Nuance and Nuance Pro could be the most comfortable mask you’ve ever worn.

This revolutionary development is a new choice for customers looking for a comfortable yet familiar feel. The innovative gel nasal pillows seal the opening of the nose to deliver the therapy pressure. The soft and flexible gel ring comes in three sizes and conforms to the shape of the nose.

The Nuance and Nuance Pro’s elbow connection features micro exhalation ports to both soften and quieten the exhalation stream, reducing the chance of the therapy disturbing you or your partner’s sleep.

Lightweight and flexible

The Nuance comes with a lightweight, flexible cloth frame that offers a comfortable soft fit and will leave you with fewer marks from a night of CPAP therapy. The gel nasal pillow is secured in place on the frame with a built-in retaining ring.

With the Nuance Pro, the headgear is a gel-padded frame made from flexible clear silicone. The gel pads are permanently fastened to the frame and positioned at the cheek, cushioning the area. The headgear is designed with Velcro closure tabs that attach to the silicone frame slots.

The Nuance and Nuance Pro short tube is highly flexible and lightweight. The tube creates a buffer between the long hose and gel nasal pillow allowing for greater movement during sleep without disrupting the seal and your overall CPAP experience.

The nasal pillow design means no forehead support to obstruct your view allowing you to read or watch TV while preparing for sleep.

As well as all this, the lightweight Nuance and Nuance Pro are made of only 4 parts, making them extremely easy to clean and maintain. If travelling with your CPAP equipment, the lightweight frame can easily be packed without the fear of it being damaged, like some hard mask frames. Should you need to replace any part of the mask, they are all available to order through your supplier.

Mask Fit Insurance costs £14.99 for nasal masks and £19.99 for full face masks, and allows you to return this mask for a refund if unsuitable.

You have 28 days from the dispatch date to assess the mask and notify us that you are unhappy with it for any reason. You can return it and have it refunded (we must receive it back within 7 days of being notified).

The fee for the insurance is non-refundable once the mask is opened, as are any outgoing postage costs. The mask itself will be refunded in full.

A pre-paid returns label will be included for customers in the UK. We strongly recommend getting a proof of postage (which is free) as returns not received cannot be refunded. For overseas customers, the return postage will need to be arranged by the customer and this cannot be reimbursed.

CPAP masks purchased without insurance cannot be returned/refunded once opened for hygiene reasons, as explained in our returns policy.

Mask Fit Insurance must be ordered at the same time as the mask in question, and cannot be added retroactively.

Intus Healthcare reserve the right not to honour any orders containing multiple masks purchased with Insurance; please instead choose which mask you feel is most suitable and select the size required as per the sizing gauge (if applicable). The Nuance & Nasal Pro mask isn't available in any sizes, how will I know that it will fit me?

The Nuance & Nasal Pro has a universal one sizes fits all, it differs from a full face mask as the pillows of the mask are only meant for nostril use and therefore do not need to come in various sizes to buy.

Would I need to provide any medical documentation before I buy the Nuance & Nasal Pro mask?

We only ask for medical documentation that you require CPAP therapy for purchasing a CPAP machine. All other items on our website are available to purchase without this condition as part of a self-diagnosed declaration when placing an order.

How would you recommend I clean my Nuance & Nasal Pro mask?

One tip we would suggest is to clean the mask on a daily basis, washing it before and/or after use to preserve it and prevent bacteria build up occurring. Washing the mask in lukewarm soapy water will be the most beneficial for preserving and keeping it clean.

We would suggest to avoid using antibacterial soaps as this may damage the cushion of the mask, leading you to buy a replacement part. On top of washing the mask we would also suggest picking up some CPAP Mask Wipes to add to the daily cleaning routine of your Nuance & Nasal Pro Mask
