This swivel from Philips Respironics can serve two purposes. The first is as a mask swivel, giving you greater flexibility and freedom to move by sitting between your mask and hose. You simply connect the swivel to your mask’s elbow, and then attach the hose to the swivel, allow greater freedom between the two. You can use the gallery to see some images of the swivel attached to some masks for a visual demonstration (please be aware that no mask is included).

The second is as a hose coupler, sitting between two hoses and allowing them to move independently.

This swivel will fit any mask or tubing with the standard 22mm connection, and simply sits in the middle of any existing connections.
