QTube CPAP Muffler from Breas Medical
SKU5997 6005The QTube muffler significantly reduces noise caused by turbulence in the tubing, quieting your CPAP therapy by 50–80%.
It is not used to reduce noise from the machine itself or any whistling noise from the CPAP mask’s exhalation port. But turbulence from the tubing is often the source of noise.
The muffler filter requires replacement after two weeks of continuous use; you can purchase replacement filters below.
Please note If you use QTube with a ResMed AirMini, you will also need the CPAP Universal Hose Adapter (sold separately below).

Universal QTube CPAP Muffler Kit
If you find your mask and tube noisy, then a QTube CPAP Muffler can help. The QTube muffler effectively reduces noise from airflow turbulence in the tubing, lowering the sound levels of your CPAP therapy by 50–80%.
This universal kit is compatible with AirSense 10, AirSense 11, BMC G3, Philips DreamStation, Philips DreamStation 2, SleepStyle, Prisma and BMC M1 Mini.
AirMini user will need an additional universal hose adapter (sold separately above) with the QTube.
Please note that QTube will not reduce noise from the machine itself or any whistling noise from the CPAP mask’s exhalation port. It is intended to reduce noise from the tubing and mask.
How it works
The muffler attaches between your device and the tubing with a short 8-inch flex tube. It then reduces the noise using an internal foam layer that can be removed and replaced.
The QTube Muffler contains the muffler and a short tube to connect it to the CPAP machine. Your regular hose then connects to the other end of the muffler.
The muffler filter needs to be replaced after two weeks of continuous use (sold separately above)
IMPORTANT: The CPAP Muffler should not be used with a water-based humidifier, as the filter inside may become saturated. However, most humidifiers act as a muffler anyway, so this would not be required when using one.
