ResMed AirFit N20 Mask – Ultimate comfort and performance
The ResMed AirFit N20 Mask features the InfinitySeal cushion, described as the most adaptive they have ever designed, along with a soft and flexible frame that includes integrated padding. The result is a mask designed to comfortably move with you and provide a reliable seal throughout the night, regardless of sleep position.
ResMed N20 features:
- InfinitySeal cushion shown to fit 99% of all faces in an internal ResMed study conducted globally.¹ The N20 Mask has a silicone cushion which is designed to deliver a robust seal regardless of your face shape to ensure maximum comfort. Please see ResMed’s video on ‘How to fit your ResMed AirFit N20 mask’ above in our product gallery.
- Quick-release elbow makes it simple to disconnect from the tubing without removing the mask.
- Plush headgear is specifically designed for extra softness and stability.
- Soft and flexible frame sits underneath the eyes and adapts to different facial types, while its integrated padding provides added softness.
- Magnetic headgear clips guide the headgear to the frame quickly and easily.
- Convenience is easily found with the N20 Mask, which has a user-friendly design and the mask parts are easy to assemble and disassemble. This makes it easy to clean and maintain your mask.
In a 2015 study on the N20 Mask, ResMed found that 88% of patients found it more comfortable and easier to use than other masks, and 92% preferred wearing it over other masks.²
This could be due to the newest advancement with the mask over previous ResMed nasal CPAP masks, which is the new InfinitySeal. This is a cushion that works by inflating towards the face. This balloon-type seal allows the mask to move and adjust as required rather than be a rigid, defined shape, and can therefore more easily adapt to different facial variables and position changes during the night. The N20 Nasal Mask comes in a small, medium and large cushion.
In addition, the frame also has a degree of flexibility, so the entire mask is better able to compensate for movement and adjustments when required.
Please ensure you use the N20 sizing guide in the Downloads section to ensure you get the correct size and maximise your opportunity to get a comfortable fit from the InfinitySeal cushion.
A full range of spare parts are available
The AirFit N20 Nasal Mask has a number of improvements over the previous AirFit N10 when it comes to durability, but no mask lasts forever. It is reassuring to know that every part of the mask can be replaced if and when necessary.
The ResMed N20 mask comes with small headgear & the medium and large masks come with the standard (medium) headgear. If you require a smaller or larger headgear you can find all replacement parts for the N20 here.
AirFit F20 Full Face CPAP Mask is also available
Like the sound of the N20 but require a full mask? The AirFit F20 incorporates many of the same key design aspects of the N20 but in a full face format. Even if you are predominantly a nasal CPAP patient, having a full face mask on hand in case you get a cold or similar will allow you to continue to benefit from CPAP therapy. The F20 would provide a natural backup to your N20 in such a circumstance.

Mask Fit Insurance is available for this mask
If you are considering trying this mask for the first time, you can order in confidence using Mask Fit Insurance.
Mask Fit Insurance costs £14.99 for nasal masks and £19.99 for full face masks, and allows you to return the mask for a refund if it is unsuitable.
You have 28 days from the dispatch date to assess the mask and notify us that you are unhappy with it for any reason. You can return it and have it refunded (we must receive it back within 7 days of being notified).
The fee for the insurance is non-refundable once the mask is opened, as are any outgoing postage costs. The mask itself will be refunded in full.
A pre-paid returns label will be included for customers in the UK. We strongly recommend getting a proof of postage (which is free) as returns not received cannot be refunded. For overseas customers, the return postage will need to be arranged by the customer and this cannot be reimbursed.
CPAP masks purchased without insurance cannot be returned/refunded once opened for hygiene reasons, as explained in our returns policy.
Mask Fit Insurance must be ordered at the same time as the mask in question, and cannot be added retroactively.
Intus Healthcare reserves the right not to honour any orders containing multiple masks purchased with Insurance; please instead choose which mask you feel is most suitable and select the size required as per the sizing gauge (if applicable). Should you subsequently determine a different mask or size is required, you can, of course, return the first and order the other.
If you need any further information, please use the chat function (if available) or contact us.
How often should I change my AirFit N20 cushion?
CPAP masks need to be cleaned daily to remove bacteria, and oil build-up transferred from your skin. The cushion should be changed every six months or when it starts to show wear and tear. To get the most from your AirFit N20, change the mask parts when necessary, so you do not need to buy a whole replacement mask.
What mask type is AirFit N20?
The AirFit N20 is a nasal CPAP mask designed for users who breathe through their nose while sleeping.
How do I clean my AirFit N20 cushion?
Begin by disassembling your Resmed N20 and use warm water and soap to soak your CPAP cushion. You should clean your mask cushion daily.
How long does an AirFit F20 mask last?
If you take care of your mask, regularly clean it and replace parts, it should last between 6 to nine months.
Will I be able to us the Airfit N10 with my CPAP machine?
The Resmed Airfit N10 will be compatible with all CPAP machines on the market.
Do Resmed provide any alternatives to their Airfit N10 Nasal mask?

How do I know which size of the Airfit N10 is right for me?
Resmed have provided us a sizing guide that is available for you to download, you can find this guide in the Downloads tab on this webpage.
How do I keep my Airfit N10 clean on a regular basis?
It is recommended that you regularly wash your Airfit N10 in warm soapy water before and after usage to keep the mask clean. We would advise against using any antibacterial or bleach based soaps as this can degrade the silicone cushion of the mask.
We also have CPAP mask wipes available for purchase that can be used daily to keep your mask clean along with CPAP mask liners that will absorb skin oils and provide additional comfort while you use your Airfit N10.
